Marel to showcase its latest innovations at Anuga Foodtec
The company will have its own stand in Hall 6.1, at booth D110/E119 where it will present the following innovations in food processing equipment: Trim Monitoring System, Marel Frank-A-Matic Linker, Marel RevoPortioner, a new coating equipment, Innova Food Processing Software and its industrial wastewater treatment.
TRIM MONITORING SYSTEM
Marel Trim Monitoring System is a basic solution that provides information about the actual fat ?percentage and bone content of incoming meat. It uses advanced x-ray technology to measure products for bone fragments and analyze lean-to-fat (CL) ratio in trim meat.
MAREL FRANK-A-MATIC LINKER
Marel will also present its fourth generation Frank-A-Matic linker. This new linker offers consistency in weight and length control for collagen and cellulose cased sausage products.
THE NEXT STEP IN LOW PRESSURE PORTIONING
The Marel RevoPortioner enables processors to produce the widest possible range of very consistent convenience products, from famous classics like hamburger patties and nuggets to natural looking and 3D products.
According to the company's statement, this new equipment offers the possibility to portion whole muscle products, with virtually no meat loss, unrivalled weight control and the lowest possible cost of ownership.
With its new, patented helix drum technology processors the company says that the producers will be able to raise production volumes, increase the operational window and lower wear and tear of the system.
NEW: COATING EQUIPMENT
At Anuga FoodTec Marel launches the first of several new coating units to be launched this and the coming year, all suitable for a 700 MM line. Together with the RevoPortioner 700, the Goldfryer 700 and the ModularOven 700 Marel is ready to offer a full, high capacity line that offers maximum flexibility.
INNOVA PRODUCTION CONTROL SOFTWARE
Marel will also be showcasing the Innova Food Processing Software which it says that it ensures the most effective processing control available for individual machinery or processing lines and provides real-time data for performance monitoring, enabling the producer to maximize profitability.
