It doesn't matter it the special tray is filled with fish, beef, pork or any other dish that you expect to find in a restaurant or a chic bistro, the processing and the cooking procedures are the same.
Sweet potatoes, fresh vegetables, cream and cheese plus rare salmon is one of the dishes that Peter have created and it can be refrigerated to be sold later or it can go fast through the MX machine in order to be put immediately in the oven and cooked in a few minutes and served.
