14 Danish exhibitors join the Pavilion of Denmark at IFFA to showcase their most innovative solutions and expand their business opportunities.

Danish innovation meets the global meat processing industry at IFFA 2025

When IFFA 2025 gathers the most important stakeholders and companies in the meat and alternative protein processing industry, 14 Danish companies will join Pavilion of Denmark, showcasing their solutions to existing and potential new business partners.

IFFA is the leading event in this industry. For the Danish exhibitors this is a significant opportunity to meet existing and new business partners and gain new insights into the industry.

"At the Pavilion of Denmark, we have first-time exhibitors as well as companies who have been to IFFA before. The Danish exhibitors bring a wide range of solutions to the meat and alternative protein processing industry from packing and processing to cleaning, and the visitors can expect to see some highly innovative products and solutions at Pavilion of Denmark", says Sandra Ladefoged, Head of Food Tech at Danish Export Association who organize the Pavilion of Denmark.

From eggs to meat and plant-based ingredients
SANOVO TECHNOLOGY PROCESS, a first-time exhibitor at IFFA, is part of the SANOVO TECHNOLOGY GROUP, the leading global player in the egg handling and processing. The company is expanding their business into the food ingredients and proteins processing market.

SANOVO TECHNOLOGY PROCESS provides complete powder production facilities and versatile processing solutions, specializing in spray drying and advanced pasteurization technology and equipment. These technologies are directly transferable to the meat and alternative protein processing industries, where they can add value by gently processing liquid ingredients, such as the process of upcycling a liquid raw products into a valuable powder ingredients. This expansion is a natural next step for SANOVO.

Another exhibitor, who is very well accustomed with the meat processing industry and with IFFA, is EXPO-NET. The company manufactures plastic mesh and netting for many different areas of application, such as nets for meat packaging, transportation and filling of sausage skins and smokehouse nets.
