PROVACUNO will participate in the 60th edition of the SIAL Paris 2024 fair
This prestigious event is one of the most important events in the agri-food sector in Europe and will bring together more than 7,500 exhibitors from 130 countries, with an expected attendance of more than 265,000 professional visitors.
SIAL Paris is a global benchmark in the agri-food sector, with over 400,000 products on display, 100 official international delegations and 10 ministerial visits. In addition, more than 1,000 journalists from 57 countries will be present to cover the news and opportunities offered by the event, providing exhibitors with unprecedented international visibility.
On this occasion, PROVACUNO will have a grouped stand where twelve Spanish companies from the beef sector will participate. These companies will have the opportunity to show the exceptional characteristics of Spanish beef, highlighting compliance with the European Production Model, one of the most demanding control systems in the world. Spanish products are characterized by their tenderness, juiciness and delicate flavors, which meet the highest quality standards.
To highlight the versatility and quality of Spanish beef in both traditional and original preparations, PROVACUNO will feature the participation of two renowned Spanish chefs: Iván Cerdeño, awarded with two Michelin stars, and Juanmi Carrasco with one. Both chefs will offer visitors exclusive recipes that will highlight the qualities of the product, providing a unique culinary experience.
