Miratorg launches spice mixes for its own-produced meat

Executives of Miratog, the biggest meat producer in Russia decided to expand the business with a new line of products: spice mixes made of natural ingredients in accordance with the uniquely designed recipe.

The Research and Development Department of Miratorg develops unique recipes of the spice mixes which ensure testiness of the Miratorg brand’s semi-finished meat products and ready-to-eat meals. The additives assortment exceeds 50 names are used to supply the holding’s enterprises in Bryansk, Belgorod and Kaliningrad, according to a press release of the company.

"Clients requirements are the company’s priority and we flexibly react to their changes. Switching to the own production of spices provides us with more possibilities for making operative amendments in the semi-finished products recipes, so they meet the consumers’ tastes. And deepening the meat semi-finished products process cycle allows to ensure the holding’ products optimal self-cost", said Zhanna Malkova, Director General of LLC Miratorg-Zapad.

The vertically integrated holding carries out all the stages of the production of the main types of meat: pork, beef and chicken from growing of animal feeds till retail sale.
