Mexico enters UAE's poultry and red meat market

Six Mexican producers of beef can start their exports to United Arab Emirates (UAE) after the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) authorized the importation of beef, sheep and goat meat, poultry and egg from the North American country.
The health authority of the Arab country communicated to the National Service of Health, Safety and Agri-Food Quality (Senasica) the approval of the Zoosanitary Certificates for the Export (CZE) of meat of poultry, cattle, sheep and goats; milk and dairy products of bovine, as well as egg for dish and egg products, according to Eurocarne Digital magazine.
Producers interested in marketing their products in that country must register on the website of the Emirati health authority, in order that their technicians come to audit the plants that meet the requirements established in the agreed Zoosanitary Certificates.

Technicians from the Emirati Ministry audited six Federal Inspection Type (TIF) establishments, so with the CZE authorization, they can begin the export of their products immediately. The authorized plants are producing beef and are located in the states of Tamaulipas, Nuevo León, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí and Durango.
