Meat prices in Ukraine continue to rise

Prices for meat continued to grow between September 11 and September 20, although not as fast as before, according to the data offered by the Ukraine's State Statistics Service analyzed by the Ukrainian Agrarian Confederation (UAC).

Meat prices in Ukraine continue to rise

 

According to UAC, 1 kilogram of beef currently costs nearly 111 UAH (3.56 euros), which is 1.04% higher than the price reported 10 days ago, and compared with the same period of August, the prices increased by 3.5%.

The price for pork remained unchanged at 104.17 UAH (3.34 euros) per kilogram compared to 10 days ago, but it reported an increase of 5.2% compared with the prices from August.

The chicken price increased by 30 kopecks, or 0.5%, to 55.31 UAH (1.77 euros) between September 11 and September 20, and rose by 3.9% compared to August 21.
