Meat Attraction gathered 20,000 professionals in Madrid
Meat Attraction, the fair organized for the Spanish meat industry in Madrid, gathered more than 20,000 professionals and visitors in the convention hall. According to the organizers, this third edition was a success marking significant growth in the number of visitors.
400 companies were present at the fair to take part in more than 70 events between gastronomic competitions, technical conferences, product presentations or sector reports, book presentations, and culinary demonstrations. Among the main events, it is worth mentioning the X World Ham Congress or the World Meat Forum dedicated to China, which allowed the attending companies to establish ties with this market.
