French Polynesia opens the market for Brazilian chicken meat
According to the publication that took place last week, all slaughterhouses that today ship to the European Union will be able to export chicken meat to the overseas territory located in the South Pacific Ocean.
According to the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin, sales should serve the food service market in the country, especially for the wide hotel chain in the country, which has tourism as its main economic sector.
"The French-Polynesian market has good potential for higher value-added products that are traditionally consumed by the European market, such as chicken breast. Our focus will be on the B2B market, known for its high levels of demand, which reinforces the recognition of international players for the quality and high sanitary controls established by Brazilian exporters", evaluates Santin.
