The 26th edition of Sommet de L'Elevage, the largest livestock show in Europe, is announced to take place this year at theGrande Halle d’Auvergne’s showground in Clermont-Ferrand (France), on October 4th, 5th and 6th.

Over 3 days, the Sommet de L'Elevage will offer a wide-ranging programme, including farm visits, professional events, practical demonstrations and several conferences and symposia dealing with agricultural current affairs.

The European livestock show promises to gather around 2,000 elite animals, 1,500 exhibitors, 300 of whom are international exhibitors coming from 31 different countries and forty scheduled conferences,not forgetting the business meetings, breed championships, events and important new elements.

The event will provide the expected 88,000 agri-industry visitors with a complete overview of the French livestock sector.
