Europe united in the name of Italian cured meats

In reality, these "Delicious moments with an authentic European taste" are nothing but the project co-financed by the European Union made possible by the aggregation of 3 associations for the protection of Italian cured meats: Consortium for zampone and cotechino Modena PGI; Italian Consortium for the protection of Mortadella Bologna and the Italian Hunter Consortium.

The aim of the project is to contribute increasing the level of knowledge and recognition of the four protected cured meats in the European quality markets, promoting the added value of the products in terms of authenticity, safety, traceability and labeling, guaranteed by the protection of the European brand through the DOP certifications. and PGI.

The program takes place in Italy and France in the three-year period 2022/2025: it includes an articulated series of events and initiatives including print and online advertising, web content creation with the involvement of food bloggers and chefs, public relations activities in the press, radio and TV, ad hoc events for students of cooking schools in Italy and tasting weeks in French restaurants, educational tours dedicated to French chefs and consumer events under the aegis of the 'Deli Meat Academy' (cooking show, master class, production workshops).
