EDEKA: Bauerngut welcomes nine new trainees

In Bückeburg, Dennis Weber and Justin Jean Pascal Hudalla started their careers as professional drivers in the fleet, and Adrian Kekessi Nunenz and Tom Patrick Besch started their careers as mechatronics engineers in the workshop. Cinja Magens and Marie Lange are training to be office management clerks. The two young women really appreciate the size of the company. Because EDEKA is highly regarded in the region, they quickly became aware of Bauerngut when looking for an apprenticeship. "We find the work in the office particularly interesting. What we particularly like about the apprenticeship is that we will get to know many different departments," the two agree.

Niyol Hey has decided to train as a butcher at Bauerngut. Alexander Gram is learning to be a food technology specialist. "I have always had a passion for food and love to cook. So I quickly decided that I wanted to work in this field and that the training here at Bauerngut was ideal for me. I am particularly excited about the theoretical content at the vocational school," says Alexander Gram, looking forward to the upcoming apprenticeship. Tom Halang has started his training as a butcher at the Könnern production site.

A total of 24 people are currently training at Bauerngut across all years of apprenticeship. During their training period, all trainees at Bauerngut receive extensive insights into the company and constant support with learning content as well as comprehensive exam preparation. The aim is to take on the trained specialists in the company group after they graduate.
