Danish Crown looks for new head of its Swedish subsidiary
Danish Crown must find a new CEO for its Swedish subsidiary KLS Ugglarps by the end of April 2022, as Jonas Tunestål resigns as CEO of Danish Crown's Swedish company KLS Ugglarps after accepting a position as CEO of the listed food company Scandi Standard.
"It is with great regret that I have received Jonas' resignation. He has undergone fantastic development both as a manager and as a business developer. In a competitive market, he and his team have delivered a strong result, which means that today KLS Ugglarps is the market leader in Sweden," says Jais Valeur.
Jonas Tunestal has been employed by KLS Ugglarps for 21 years and grew up in the company but now he is ready to take on a big task outside the company.
"I would like to thank KLS Ugglarps and Danish Crown for many fantastic years together. I have appreciated working with all colleagues, farmers and customers to develop Swedish food together. KLS Ugglarps is a fine company that has developed well, and which has really given me the opportunity to develop as a leader and as a person. I will look forward to following KLS Ugglarps and Danish Crown," says Jonas Tunestal.
Jonas Tunestal will resign from his position no later than 30 April 2022. The process of finding Jonas' successor begins immediately, announced Danish Crown in a press release.
