Cranswick invests in new technology

A few years ago, Cranswick considered replacing some of its IPM portion cutters. They tested them head to head with an I-Cut 55 to investigate performance, accuracy, flexibility and throughput.

Cranswick has operated in the food processing industry for years. The company is known for superior quality and reliability when it comes to supplying consumer products to retail chains.

To live up to those expectations and assure that production is done with accuracy and as little give-away as possible it is very important to Cranswick to operate with the best possible equipment available on the market.

The I-Cut 55 is designed for the accurate portion cutting of boneless meat products, such as beef, pork, veal and lamb. The portion cutter will cut to fixed weight and/or length.
