Belarus suspends poultry imports from Bulgaria

The restrictions follow several Newcastle disease cases that have been discovered on the territory of the Sofia and Starozagorsky regions.

The Department of Veterinary and Food Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food from Belarus announced the ban will be imposed starting February 16.

These restrictions concern the imports from Bulgaria of live poultry, eggs, poultry meat and poultry products, fluff, feathers, feed and feed additives of animal origin.
