At Gulfood, ABPA & ApexBrasil promote the biggest action ever carried out by this partnership
Amidst the boost in demand in the region, which saw a 10.4% increase in the flow of chicken meat exports in 2023, ABPA and ApexBrasil will structure the largest area ever destined for a promotion action for exports in the sectors represented by the sectoral brands Brazilian Chicken, Brazilian Egg, Brazilian Breeders and Brazilian Duck.
There will be more than 520 square meters with a wide structure for business meetings, including meeting rooms and exclusive space for each exporting company participating in the action. In total, there are 19 agribusinesses: Aurora Alimentos, Bello Alimentos, Coasul Cooperativa Agroindustrial, Copacol Cooperativa Agroindustrial Consolata, C.Vale Cooperativa Agroindustrial, Granja Faria, GTFoods, Lar Cooperativa Agroindustrial, Avenorte Avícola Cianorte, Jaguafrangos, Frangos Pioneiro, Somave Agroindustrial, São Salvador Alimentos, Netto Alimentos, Pamplona Alimentos, Villa Germania Alimentos, Vossko do Brasil, Zanchetta Alimentos and Granja Econômica Avícola. Other Brazilian companies in the sector, such as BRF, Seara Alimentos and Vibra Agroindustrial, will participate with their own stands.
The area will also have a space dedicated to the flavor and quality of Brazilian products. It is a large tasting area, where the flavors of Brazil and the Arab nations will meet, with the service of typical Arab dishes based on Brazilian poultry products such as shawarmas (traditional sandwich from the region) made of chicken and beef, or duck. Omelets - with eggs "made in Brazil" - will also be offered to visitors.
In addition to business and flavors, promoting the image of Brazilian sectors will also be on the action plan, with the distribution of promotional materials with information about the sectors and exporting companies.
"In this edition of Gulfood we want to build an even more complete and assertive action in the experience of importers of Brazilian products, involving the flavor and concepts that make us recognized by importing nations in the region which, last year alone, generated more than 3 billion dollars in chicken meat exports for Brazil", advises the president of ABPA, Ricardo Santin.
