Alternative food finds a central spot at SIAL Paris 2018
Concepts of alternative food are going to be exhibited between 21-25 October at SIAL (Salon International de l'Alimentation) 2018, in Paris.

Coming to SIAL Paris is about discovering opportunities for growth, and new trends; it is about benefiting from an excellent springboard to attain the ambitious objectives aspired to by the actors in the food industry. SIAL Paris is a unique, inspirational platform for testing new markets, launching new products and meeting the main professionals in the sector", declared Nicolas Trentesaux, Director of the SIAL network.
More than 2500 innovations will be unveiled for the first time to the public, which is expected this year to surpass the number of 160,000 visitors. 80 countries have confirmed their attendance at this event.
Alternative food sector, an initiative launched in 2016, is going to have a central spot on the show, major corporations and startups being invited to promote the food of tomorrow in different forms: organic products, "free-from" products, eco-friendly products, sustainable products and semi-processed foods.
